Yes. You stay inside the whole time and never lean out. Always strap the safety rope to your wrist before placing the outer half on the glass, so it can't fall if it slips off an edge.

No. Only the soft cleaning pads touch the glass. Rinse the pads before you start and between windows so no sand or grit gets trapped under them.

CLEARO has two magnetic halves: one inside, one outside. As you move the inside half, the magnets pull the outside half along with it, so both sides of the glass are cleaned in the same stroke.

Yes, as long as you choose the model for your glass thickness: 3–10 mm, 15–26 mm or 20–35 mm. Thicker glass needs stronger magnets, which is why there are three models.

You need to reach the outside once to place the outer half on the glass, for example by opening the window or a nearby sliding door. After that, everything is done from inside.

Rinse them in warm water with a little detergent and let them air-dry. The version with the tool accessory set includes spare cotton pads and wiper strips.

The magnets are strong. Keep fingers clear when the two halves come together, and keep CLEARO away from phones, bank cards, and anyone with a pacemaker.

If your CLEARO arrives damaged, defective, wrong or with missing parts, email Clearoglass@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement, refund or the missing part.

You can also cancel an eligible order within the period set by Israeli consumer protection law. If the cancellation isn't due to a fault, a fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply. Please contact us before sending anything back. Full details in our Refund policy.
