  1. Separate the halves

    Separate the halves

    Rotate the two halves 90° to pull them apart.

  2. Wet the pads

    Wet the pads

    Soak both halves in water with a little detergent. For very dirty glass, spray it too.

  3. Attach to the glass

    Attach to the glass

    Strap the rope to your wrist, place one half outside and one inside, and let the magnets pull them together.

  4. Glide and clean

    Glide and clean

    Move the inside half across the glass from top to bottom. The outside half follows, cleaning both sides.

Safety first: always attach the rope to your wrist before cleaning the outside of a window.

Good to know

Quick answers before you order.

Is it safe to use on high floors?

Yes. You stay inside the whole time and never lean out. Always strap the safety rope to your wrist before placing the outer half on the glass, so it can't fall if it slips off an edge.

Will it scratch my glass?

No. Only the soft cleaning pads touch the glass. Rinse the pads before you start and between windows so no sand or grit gets trapped under them.

Can I use it on windows that don't open?

You need to reach the outside once to place the outer half on the glass, for example by opening the window or a nearby sliding door. After that, everything is done from inside.

Which size do I need?

It depends on how thick your glass is. Use our 5-step guide and calculator to measure it in a couple of minutes.

What's the difference between the cleaner and the accessory set version?

Both include the same CLEARO cleaner. The accessory set version adds spare cotton pads, buckles and wiper strips so you can keep it working like new.
