By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived. We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, although product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations, or other reasonable differences. Customers should review product specifications and compatibility information before purchasing, particularly the specified glass-thickness range for CLEARO magnetic window cleaners. Submitting an order does not necessarily mean it has been accepted, and subject to applicable law we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, or shipping restrictions; if we cancel an order that has already been paid for, an appropriate refund will be provided. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website, and applicable taxes and charges will be handled as displayed at checkout and in accordance with applicable law. Customers are responsible for selecting the CLEARO model appropriate for their glass thickness and should use our Find Your Size guide or contact us before ordering if they are unsure which model is appropriate. Products should not intentionally be used outside their specified compatibility range. Customers must follow all instructions and safety guidance supplied with the product, exercise particular care when cleaning windows at height, avoid leaning outside windows or placing themselves in unsafe positions, and use any provided safety rope or safety mechanism according to its instructions. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, while returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law. The CLEARO name, branding, website design, original graphics, text, photographs, and other content owned by CLEARO may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law, while third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times and may update or modify website features when reasonably necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLEARO will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products, but nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
